Eric has been at UNC Asheville since 2000. He teaches courses in the Department of Foreign Languages and in the Programs of Africana Studies, Arts and Ideas, Humanities and LSIC. Recently, he has taken students abroad to Ecuador, Honduras, Ghana, Mexico and Nigeria.
